Parel Post packages can take up to 14 business days to arrive and are not provided with tracking information, only delivery confirmation.
UPS Ground packages usually take up to 5 business days to arrive and are provided with tracking information.
All packages usually ship from our facilities within 1-3 business days of your order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Item must be returned within: 30 Days
Refund will be given as: Money Back or Credit
Return Policy Details: Items being returned must be in the same condition as when received. Please include a copy of the invoice and a brief explanation for the return. Please also indicate if you would like to be refunded with a check or issued a credit on your customer account.
